On our last trip to LA, we visited the Venice strand which is full of shops where you can have yourself declared eligible. It has been years since I smoked a joint, I am not sure what I ever liked about it but smoking was a social thing. I first smoked while in the Army (I was drafted out of graduate school at age 25. I only got as far as Hawaii but it dulled the pain at the USARPAC DPU. <br />These days I justify smoking as way of dealing with the confusion of the 60's.
